non-human building deets
This is an older fashioned office building with sections of offices linked together with halls, rather than having lots of open space for cubicles. It is located on the edge of Exsilium's largest inhabited area, far enough away from the more lived in areas to be somewhat safe, but close enough to not make travel impossible.
FAQ
- Who can get a room here?
Those who are a species other than human, humans who are obviously altered and are at risk of violence if found out by the local human population, or humans specifically invited by Rinth or Joy. (Rinth might be a jerk about humans being around, but don't worry about that at all OOC)
- Can I help repair/build?
Sure! Just let me know. It'll likely be handwaved, but it'll definitely be a thing that happened.
- I am giant robot and/or something else very big. Is there room for me?
Yes! We have a parking garage for the bigger folks, though if that doesn't work, we can figure something else out.
- Will you be feeding us?
There will be a lot of extra meat and beer up in the "freezer", but beyond that, everyone is on their own.
- Can we eat the other residents, tho???
No. >:(
- Can I handwave living here?
As long as you fill out the sign-up below so we know you exist, yep, sure can. This is just a place to say your character has a place to stay. Whether or not you use it openly in-game is up to you.
- Can humans visit the building?
Yes.
WHAT WE HAVE
- Electricity in some limited capacity (there will be lights and power for the kitchen, but it will be shaky).
- Heaters (portable heaters of the local variety).
- Running water in some limited capacity in only the lobby restroom for some irritating reason (it is always way way too hot or way way too cold).
- Eventually future-but-not-quite porto-potties in other floor restrooms oh well.

- Structurally sound, only needed digging out to be utilized.
- Meant to house larger types of people (ie: Transformers)
- Elevator access (elevator itself is gone, replaced with rope ladders)
- Maintenance/boiler room/other stuff like that housed down here

- Big open space, not necessarily conducive to living in unless people want to set up a tent or whatever. Also good space for gatherings, if a little hard to keep heated.

- Where the solar panel arrays are, has a sky view, only part of building poking up outside of the snow/snow tunnels.
- Covered in snow and ice.
- Only covers part of 4th floor.
